How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your BeMe account directly through the app at any time. Once deleted, your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
To delete your account:

  1. Open the BeMe app

  2. Go to Account Settings

  3. Select "Delete Account"

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

Immediate Account Deletion
If you want your BeMe account and all associated data deleted immediately (rather than waiting until your billing cycle ends), please contact our support team at support@justbeme.ai.
Before requesting immediate deletion, please note:

  • Data Export: We can provide you with a copy of your data before deletion. Request this when contacting support if you want to keep any information.

  • Complete Data Removal: Once your account is deleted, we permanently remove all your data from our systems. We do not retain any backups or copies.

  • No Account Recovery: Deleted accounts cannot be recovered or reactivated. If you want to use BeMe again in the future, you will need to create a new account and start the setup process from scratch.
