1. About BeMe

BeMe is an AI-powered communications assistant operated by BeMe Limited (registered in the Isle of Man). These Terms form a contract between you and BeMe Limited.


2. No advice

BeMe automates communications and administrative tasks. It does not provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 you should get permission from a parent or guardian.


4. Account & security

Keep your login details secure and notify us immediately of any breach.


5. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Play Store and renew automatically unless cancelled. We do not store your payment details. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from enrolment. After this period there are no refunds.


6. Termination & data deletion

You can cancel any time via your app store. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, at which point your account is terminated and your personal data is permanently deleted, except for limited security logs retained for up to 90 days. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, misuse or unlawful activity, or discontinue the Service with 30 days’ notice. Before cancellation takes effect you can request a free raw export of your data (CSV/JSON). A reasonable fee applies for a curated or constructed dataset.


7. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Some features depend on third-party providers outside our control.


8. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights or introduce malware or abusive content.


9. Your customers’ data

If you use BeMe to handle your own customers’ information, you act as the data controller and we act as your processor. We process such data only on your documented instructions and require sub-processors to meet the same privacy and security standards.


10. International transfers

Your primary data is stored in your business region (e.g. UK businesses in the UK, US businesses in the US). Some sub-processors may process data in other countries when providing specialist services (for example: hosting, telephony, voice processing, email delivery, analytics). We use lawful safeguards such as UK Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework to protect transfers outside the UK and EEA. A current list of core sub-processors and their regions is available on request by emailing support@justbeme.ai.


11. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service and its content. You retain ownership of any content you input.


12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you at least 14 days before material changes take effect and before your next subscription renewal. If you don’t agree, you may cancel before renewal.


13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.


14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Isle of Man.
